Salon Policy
To ensure a smooth and elevated experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our policies before booking.
Bookings
Appointments are confirmed once a date and time have been agreed.
Please provide clear details of your requested service when booking to allow accurate time allocation.
For intricate or bespoke designs, please send reference images via Instagram DM prior to booking for a precise quotation.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request a minimum of an hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in future bookings being declined.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or cancelled to avoid disruption to subsequent bookings.
Pricing & Design
Final pricing may vary depending on length, shape and design complexity.
Highly detailed or advanced nail art may require a Private Booking session, charged at £45 per hour.
Quotes are provided prior to your appointment where possible.
Maintenance & Aftercare
Gel/Shellac maintenance is recommended every 2–3 weeks.
BIAB and nail extensions require infills every 3–4 weeks.
Acrylic extensions are recommended for soak-off and a fresh new set after two infills (or after one infill for clients with naturally oily nail plates).
We cannot guarantee work beyond the recommended maintenance period.
Repairs & Adjustments
Your satisfaction is important to us. Please raise any concerns during your appointment and before leaving the salon, so we can assess and make any necessary adjustments immediately.
We understand that some clients may feel uncomfortable raising concerns at the time. However, in order for us to correct anything straight away, feedback must be provided before you leave the premises.
Once you have left the salon, all services are considered accepted. We are unable to offer complimentary corrections based on delayed feedback or changes in personal preference.
We offer a 7-day complimentary repair guarantee for issues related to technical application under normal wear conditions, including:
* Extension breakage
* Lifting
* Gel chipping
* Charm or gem detachment
Please note that we do not offer refunds on any completed services.
Health & Safety
Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities of your nails or medical conditions prior to your appointment.
Head Spa treatments are not suitable for pregnant guests or guests with hair extensions.
A personalised consultation is required prior to Head Spa treatments to assess suitability.
We reserve the right to refuse service where necessary to protect the health, safety and comfort of our clients and staff.
Respect & Environment
We are committed to maintaining a calm, professional and respectful environment. Inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the appointment.

Head Spa Guidelines
Our Head Spa is designed as a dedicated ritual experience. To ensure a seamless and relaxing treatment, please review the following:
* Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for consultation and preparation before your treatment begins.
* A personalised consultation is required prior to all Head Spa treatments to assess your hair and scalp condition and ensure suitability.
* Head Spa treatments are not suitable for pregnant clients or clients with hair extensions.
* As this ritual requires dedicated and uninterrupted time, late arrival may result in cancellation and the need to reschedule. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible so we can confirm whether we are still able to accommodate your appointment.
